Our team of certified network engineers will analyze your current network infrastructure for failure points and bottlenecks, then recommend the most economic solutions to achieve maximum availability and optimal performance. The following is a sample checklist of things that our engineers will review:
Check to ensure that the latest
service packs, updates and hotfixes are installed.
Review backup server registries,
proxy server, and DNS configuration
Check all server hardware and
system health (including review of event and system logs)
Identify any network bottlenecks
in cabling, cards, hubs, routers, etc.
Identify any server bottlenecks
in memory, processors, storage, etc.
Check the hardware (routers, firewalls,
switches, etc) hardware versions and firmware updates.
Validate backup procedures, rotation,
and system.
Verify that alerts and notifications
are implemented and that thresholds are appropriate.
Check the servers hard disk for
adequate free space during peak periods.
Monitor HTTP and FTP performance.
Check status of application logs
and health.
Analyze performance data to identify
trends and any potential issues.
Once we have completed our audit, our network engineers will provide a written
report of our findings and recommendations. The report will categorize the findings
into categories of High, Medium, and Low and sorted according to specific area.
Our report will also offer solutions to the identified issues. We will meet
with the customer to review the report and help outline a plan to repair the
necessary items.
